The City of Bellbrook online payment service is currently offline. We are changing Utility Billing software which requires this maintenance. Invoice Cloud, our new payment provider, will be LIVE on 6/7/2021. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you need to make a payment, please use cash or check. You can send the payment by mail, drop box, or in-person:
